Faux Wood-Look Composite
Faux wood composite cladding and overlay materials are molded from real wood pieces to reproduce the natural texture and intricate grain patterns of the species they emulate. Choose from Clear Cypress or Mahogany in a variety of paint and stain colors to create a custom look. The result is a stunning carriage house door you will enjoy for years to come.
Design Customization
Fifteen carriage house designs with optional windows and decorative hardware. Available primed, painted or stained in 10 standard finishes. ColorBlast® custom paint colors also offered in 1,500 shades.
Insulation
2″ Intellicore® polyurethane insulation with a thermal break. R-Value of 20.4.

Environmental Assurance

Garage doors featuring Intellicore insulation technology represent the ultimate smart choice for homeowners. Clopay’s Intellicore is a proprietary polyurethane foam that is injected into a garage door, expanding to fill the entire structure. The result is a door with incredible strength, energy efficiency, and durability.
Additional Features
- Rust-Prevention System: Steel skins are protected with a tough, multi-layer coating system, including hot-dipped galvanizing, a protective metal oxide pretreatment, then a baked-on primer and top coat.
- Replaceable vinyl bottom weather seal in a rust-resistant aluminum retainer helps keep out air and water.
- A patented Safe-T-Bracket® prevents serious injury that could occur if the bottom bracket were removed with the garage door closed and under tension
- All Intellicore® insulated doors come standard with 10-ball nylon rollers and heavy-duty 14-gauge steel hinges.
- Product complies with 2015 IECC air infiltration requirement of 0.40 cfm/ft2 or less (IECC, Section C402.5.2)
- Window grilles are removable for easy cleaning.
