Design Customization
Aluminum frame available in a choice of anodized, painted and powder-coated finishes outfitted with tempered glass or acrylic. Color Blast® custom paint colors also offered in 1,500 shades.
Insulation
Intellicore® polyurethane insulated stiles and rails with a 3.8 R-value. (AZU Model only) Tempered insulated glass is available for increased energy efficiency.

WindCode® door reinforcement product available for high wind load applications.
Environmental Assurance
Clopay doors are compliant with environmental laws and regulations. Clopay doors do not contain HFCs. All Clopay doors are compliant with:

Door Designs
Control privacy and amount of light that enters the garage based on the type of glazing you select: clear, tinted, mirrored, or obscure. You can also incorporate solid aluminum panels painted the same color as the frame.
Depending on the door model and height, single car doors up to 10’2” wide have no center stile; double doors have one center stile; and doors up to 22’2” wide have two equally spaced vertical stiles. Start designing your Avante Sleek garage door.

Construction
Avante® garage doors are constructed from a low-maintenance, weather-resistant commercial grade aluminum frame outfitted with glass, other glazing materials or solid aluminum panels.
Model AZ6 made of 2-1/8” durable commercial grade aluminum, making it virtually maintenance-free and long-lasting
Model AZ6U made of 2-1/8″ durable commercial grade aluminum with Intellicore® polyurethane insulation with an R-value of 3.8 (with clear insulated glass)
Integral section joint seal for further reduction of air and water infiltration
Smooth flat frame edge design for a more contemporary look

Intellicore® Insulation

Clopay’s Intellicore is a proprietary polyurethane foam that is injected into a garage door, expanding to fill the entire structure. The result is a door with incredible strength, energy efficiency, and durability.
Additional Features
- Replaceable vinyl bottom weather seal in a rust-resistant aluminum retainer helps keep out air and water.
- Integral section joint seal helps keep out air and water.
